/ About Brenda /

Brenda is a Sunnyvale native with over seven years of coaching experience working with youth athletes, active older adults, and busy professionals.

Her background in competitive swimming, track, and cross country gave her a firsthand understanding of what it means to train hard — and her recovery from stress fractures taught her something equally important: that patient, intelligent programming is what produces lasting results.

Brenda began her career at 15 as a swim instructor, where she developed a passion for helping others build confidence through movement and skill progression.

She then earned her NASM certification at 19, and has since built experience across gym-based training, youth strength and conditioning, and corporate fitness with EXOS at Google. Every setting was different, but her approach never changed.

Brenda's goal is simple — to help you make real, meaningful progress and to change the way you relate to your body and to movement. Whatever you're working around, whatever your starting point, she'll meet you there.

Every session is 60min in length

Initial Session - $60

All new clients begin here.

After our 15min consult call, We will go through a 60-minute introduction focused on movement assessment, goal alignment, and setting the foundation for your training plan.

This session allows Brenda to understand how you move, what you need, and how to structure your training moving forward.

4 Sessions - $480

A flexible option for those easing into a routine or testing the waters. Best for clients training once a week or working with a leaner budget. $120/session

8 Sessions - $880

A solid commitment for clients ready to build consistency. Works well for those training one to two times per week. $110/session

12 Sessions - $1200

Best value per session. Designed for clients who want to train frequently and are ready to make fitness a regular part of their lifestyle. $100/session

All new clients are required to book a 15min consultation call. It’s a chance to talk through your goals, ask questions, & to ensure we’re the right fit for each other!

  • You’ll have access to a coaching app you can use on your phone to keep everything in one place. I’ll guide you in tracking your body’s feedback over time, such as measurements and progress photos, so we can clearly see how things are going.

    This helps me make smart adjustments along the way and keeps you on track to reach your goals.

  • Not at all! Many of my clients start with zero gym experience.

    Your training program will be designed with your experience level in mind, and every workout will include clear instructions, including video demos to guide you through each movement. If you’re ever unsure about your form, you’ll have the option to record yourself right in the app so I can review it and give you personalized feedback.

    You’re never left guessing, and I’ll be here to support and lead you to build confidence in every movement, whether it’s your first time lifting or your hundredth.

  • Nope! I do require some form of nutrition tracking to make sure you’re eating enough to support your goals, but that doesn’t have to mean counting.

    We can use photo logging, hand portions, habit tracking, or simple meal templates. Whatever fits your lifestyle best.

  • Payment is taken monthly.

  • Yes! I can customize your workouts based on whatever equipment you have. Whether it’s a full garage gym or just a set of dumbbells and resistance bands. Your program will be tailored to your space, gear, and goals.
